I, Mrs. Sukhwinder Kumar, am very optimistic about life and health. I’ve always had zeal for good health, the natural way. After completing a formal education in Naturopathy and Alternative Medicine, I started practicing in 2010.

A graduate from Delhi University with additional qualifications in Computer Applications, Fashion Designing and Export Management. Have seen stress and resultant ailments of modern world while working with large corporates.

I became a strong believer of Naturopathy after seeing limitations of other lines of treatment and resultant complications later on. Mother Nature has given us abundant goodness that helps in prevention as well as cure of any ailment, without side effects.

The treatment rendered will have my personal confidence.

Why Naturopathy

Naturopathy

Naturopathy stimulates the body’s inherent power to regain health with the help of five elements (Earth, Water, Fire, Ether and Sky) that constitute the human body. Therefore, diseases are treated without the use of drugs.

Naturopathy believes that the human body possesses inherent self constructing and self healing powers.Human body is an all powerful living dynamo and if given proper opportunity is capable of curing and preserving itself.

Natural healing is a biological process which always comes from within.When the microscopic cell is supplied with an efficient drainage system and proper nutrition, the body works wonders.It also believes that all diseases are one.The different symptoms occur only because of the body’s effort to cleanse itself of the accumulated waste matter which is due to wrong living habits.

Naturopathy believes that disease is an essential life process. Diseases only exist where it is necessary.E.g. Boil or Eczema is considered as cleansing processes of the body to get rid of poisons. If these are suppressed in one place they arise in another. If acute phases are suppressed, they become chronic.Fever, cold, influenza, diarrhoea, vomiting etc. are considered as toxaemia cleanser.
